The Fieldstone Upper School student government was established in 2004-2005. All Upper School students are eligible to run for office, and elections are held each fall. The student government's mission statement is as follows:
The Fieldstone Student Government is an elected and appointed body of student leaders that represents the values and interests of the school's student body. The student government is committed to promoting the ideals of community, school spirit, diversity, community service and generally broadening the impact of Fieldstone students both within the school and in the world at large.
