Incidental Fees

Textbooks
Textbooks will be ordered and distributed in-house. Upon registering for your first year at Fieldstone, there is a one-time textbook fee of $600. Each year after that, the textbook fees will be calculated on a grade-by-grade basis.

Uniform
New uniforms can be purchased at Beatties and used uniforms can be purchased at Fieldstone's tuck shop.

Activity fee
The activity fee is $250 for students from Junior Kindergarten through to Grade Twelve. This fee covers the cost of the homework journal, art sketchbook, art supplies, sheet music, guest speakers, yearbook, DVD yearbook, most fieldtrips, most extra-curricular activities and the annual Parents' Association contribution.

The activity fee for students entering Grade Nine is $400.00 which included the cost of the annual team-building trip to Camp Wahanowin.

Private Transportation
Door-to-door bussing is provided to most areas in the city. Please contact the main office for details about the fees.

Extended After School Programme
Extended After School Programme is available from 3:30-6:00pm from Monday through Friday. This is a supervised programme which allows the children to have a snack, complete their homework and enjoy arts and crafts activities. Students from Kindergarten to Grade Six who are not picked up by 3:45pm will be taken to the Extended After School Programme and will be billed accordingly.

Supplies
Parents are responsible for purchasing school supplies such as paper, notebooks binders, etc. Teachers will provide a detailed list of required supplies in the summer mailing.
Supplies can also be purchased at the Fieldstone Tuck Shop.

Instrument Rentals
Instruments can be rented or purchased at various Toronto music stores.
